AFMC college is for pursuing MBBS course after qualifying in NEET. This college is for training army doctors. So the course and syllabus will be same as that of any other MBBS candidate. However, there will be some extra physical fitness trainings.

There are also other courses like BSc nursing and other Paramedical courses, which do not require NEET qualification. They have separate entrance exams.

If you look at the official website: https://www.afmc.nic.in/ AFMC offers MBBS, B,Sc Nursing as Undergraduation courses. And Paramedical Courses are not for civilians. And so if you appear for NEET and want to take admission in AFMC, it will be only for MBBS. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. For a seat in AFMC, you need to target alteast 625 and above because in 2019, the cut off for boys for 596 and for girls it was 610. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
