Hello Sukadev,

Are you talking about Biological Sciences or Bio-Technology? The closing rank for biological sciences for OBC is 35 and for Bio-technology is 210. I am afraid you might not get the admission in IITs, NITs. However, you can contact the concerned authorities and clarify the same further.
