NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc.

If you can make it, try to remove the tattoo from the body as it is strictly prohibited as per the dress code of NEET entrance examination.

You must not have any tattoo on your body as per the dress codes, well if you can't remove it try to hide it or its better to remove if it is not a permanent tattoo.

If this not works, you need to talk to the invigilator or the security check, it will also creates problem to admission in colleges like AFMC. As a medical student you are not supposed to have a tattoo on your body.
