• Tourism: Reservation and staff counter, sales and marketing staff, tour planners, tour guides are the positions available in the state tourism department.  
• Tour Operators: Tour operators conduct and manage tours to various destinations within and outside the country. The position of a tour operator is open to those with a diploma in tourist guide course.
• Travel Agencies: Travel agents help their clients choose and finalise their travel details from planning the itinerary to booking tickets and hotels. This job requires excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of tourist destinations.
