Sorry  to say but Yes it would definitely affects you results. Many MNCs recruit the Freshers on the Basis of their Cv. Your Cv reflects what you have did in your Graduation and they select students on the basis of that.You can do one thing you can tell the interviews about your work in Interview and show your work profile.
