As you have accepted and upgraded in round 3 COMEDK, your round 3 seat is safe. if you are not happy with the round 4 seat, you can just simply skip it as you will safely keep your round 3 seat . but if you accept the round 4 seat, you must join the college there's no option to cancel or get a refund and if you accept round 4 but don't report to the college, you'll lose your money and also have to pay penalty. so, unless and until you are fully sure about the higher fees, it will better to stay with your round 3 seat.

If you do not accept and pay for the Round 4 seat, then your Round 3 upgraded seat will also be cancelled. You will lose both seats and will not have any allotment under COMEDK after Round 4.

So, if you are not okay with the Round 4 seat and fee, it is better not to participate in Round 4 choice filling itself.

If you do not accept the Round 4 COMEDK seat and pay the fee, the allotment will be cancelled. In this regard, you lose both the Round 4 seat and the Round 3 seat that you accepted, as COMEDK considers the latest allotment as final.
