Yeah i just cross checked the fresh candidate criteria won't be applicable for you, since you are alloted a seat you must pay the allotment fee if you want to continue in the counselling procedure. The information i gave before had some errors. So pay the fees if you want to continue in the counselling else you won't be considered in the counselling rounds further to come.

For go into second round of counselling you should pay 20,000. Then only you are able to participate in the coming round. If you don't submit it then you cannot get chance to participate in the second round of counselling. So go through these details properly. Now if you have not submitted seat acceptance the you are not eligible for second round. So go through counselling properly.

See if you are alloted a seat in any counselling round of UPSEE and you don't confirm the seat by paying the seat acceptance fee then you'll have to participate in the next round as a fresh candidate. So, if you are not happy with the seat you can let it go as if you pay 20000 and withdraw afterwards, 5000 will be deducted. So make your choice wisely. You'll be allowed to sit in the next round.
