JEE ( joint entrance examination ) is a national level entrance examination for undergraduate engineering programmes conducted by NTA and AEEE ( Amrita engineering entrance examination ) is a university level entrance examination for undergraduate engineering programmes offered by the university.
As per your mentioned query yes, you are eligible to write AEEE even if you already applied. There is no such criteria for AEEE that the candidate should not already been applied or studying in any college or course.
So, you can write your AEEE exam freely without any hesitation.
