Yes, you can apply for MHT CET 2019 as there is no age limit for appearing in MHT CET 2019.

As you have already given MH CET 2018. It means you have cleared the eligibility criteria too & DTE Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2019 tentatively in second week of May in offline mode.
