Yes you can again appear for MH CET, as the only eligibility criteria is -

Candidates should be Indian nationals.

There is no age limit of candidates.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university.

Candidates must have at least 45% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent examination. However, the minimum mark for reserved category candidates is 40%.

There is no restriction that has been mentioned as such, but you must ensure that you meet the other criteria like age limit, academic qualification, etc.
