Dear Abhinav, please visit the official website for CAT registration. To the right bottom of the screen, you will see a heading called 'Certificate'. One of them is OBC certificate in pdf format. Please download it, fill it up and get tje necessary signatures. Self attest it, scan it and upload it to your application. You needn't becessarily upload an original certificate. But make sure that you have the certificate ready atleast by the time of counselling.
