A songwriter is a musician who composes music for a range of purposes, such as advertising, television, cinema, video games, plays, operas, ballets, and recording artists. They also compose music for personal amusement and performances.

Eligibility:

Although there are no formal requirements for becoming a songwriter. A bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, or any other music-related subject, on the other hand, will be extremely beneficial in becoming a great songwriter.

The steps to be a songwriter

• Candidates should pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communication, or music-related studies at a recognised institution or university in the country after completing their education. For admission, candidates must take an entrance exam at one of the reputable universities.
