I have appeared for my neet ug 2018 I have scored 300+ in that exam.Can I expect a seat in b category in good medical college in any state?

Your means a seat of MBBS in  Government  or Deemed University or Private medical college. Please clarify so can be answered more precisely. All three types of institutions have different merit list. ....follow.us ...... Narayan.

There are less chances of you getting in Medical college and dental too . But done loose hopes. Wait for the results

u are in class 12 and u are advicing me lol lol last year for the same marks my friend got seat in bds and mbbs b category seat.pls think of ur self.if it hurts u then i am sorry
