Dear Priyanka, first off, if you are not from Odisha, you do not qualify to participate in Odisha State Counselling. Odisha State Counselling is strictly for those candidates who hold the domicile of Odisha. Candidates of other States cannot participate in State Counsellings.

But we can apply for private colleges right? And if I can't apply then why did my registration get successful and why was the payment taken?
