Usually, if you have already applied for the certificate but it’s not yet issued, some institutions allow you to submit a provisional or application receipt during verification and then provide the actual document later. However, if you have already selected “No” for domicile in the form, it might affect your eligibility for domicile quota benefits, but it does not necessarily mean your form will be rejected for general admission. My suggestion is to immediately contact the IB SA helpdesk or admission cell, explain the situation, and ask if you can update your form or present your certificate later.
