Hello,

do you know until which time you will receive it.  if it will be before the admission process starts then fill for EWS. if you can't get it then better to fill it for general.

it is mandatory to show documents to prove each and every detail given in application form. if you won't be able to prove it then your application form will get rejected then and there.

So find out the details. when you will receive. will it be before the document verification process starts. if it is yes then fill your category. try to get soft copy of the document at-least. You can later get it attested from your district collector if needed.
