Hello,

Yes, you need to upload latest category certificate along with other documents such as class 10 certificate, class 12 certificate and other necessary documents while applying for JEE advanced.And you need to carry your category certificates along with other documents at the time of counselling.JEE Advanced has been postponed, there isn't any official announcement yet so you still have time.
