Hello Jyoti, I have completed  my BTech. in 2014 .I also uploaded my provisional degree and status of my form is accepted.I think there is some problem with the quality of your document ,try to re-scan your degree and upload it in better quality.

Dear Jyoti, provisional certificate is acceptable for Candidates who have finished he course recently and are awaiting their Original certificates from the respective University. Now if you have completed your Graduation in 2017, it becomes mandatory to upload the degree certificate instead of Provisional certificate.
