Gate has extended the last date of submission to 1st october. From now ,you have 10 days. You have to collect your certificate as soon as possible and upload it in your application portal.
If you won't upload it then you can avail the Categorical benefits. This will decrease your choice or option for joining at a institute or a company as selection is done on the basis of rank.
Your application won't get cancelled. Application is rejected only when the provided information or details are wrong.
