What if i improved in 4 subjects but my marks get reduced in 1 subject,so would they consider the marks of last year for that subject or the reduced marks will be considered

I have got 71.4% in class 12th cbse, and 69.6% in cbse improvement exams.Now what to do at the time of admission in BTech colleges. Which marksheet will be valid.??????
