See if you have uploaded your EWS certificate that was issued before January 1st 2022 then it won't be considered valid for JEE-Main 2022 and also if you have submitted your form then it cannot be edited now as it is one-time facility only and no correction will be entertained and with invalid EWS certificate you cannot avail EWS reservation benefits but you will be eligible to appear for April attempt, so not to worry for your attempt .

So now you cannot upload declaration of it but what you can do is you can apply as a fresh candidate with new e-mail ID and contact number and fill it very carefully, there you can upload the self undertaking/declaration for EWS certificate in lieu of EWS certificate.
