Hello Aspirant,

The problem is faced by lot of candidate every year.
Now, if you have got message of dedication of amount in your phone then I would suggest you to wait for 2-3 days because if payment is not successful then you will get the message regarding the refund and if you have not getting confirmation page then there might be chance of server failure or any problem from your bank's end.
I would suggest you to logout of the page and try to login after few hours and check the payment status again and if problem persists then keep calling the helpline number.
