Candidates who haven't obtained OBC-NCL certificate yet can fill the declaration form and at the time of admission the candidate can submit the OBC-NCL obtained on or after January 1, 2022. So you do not have to worry about it. You will be considered as OBC-NCL category candidate. But if you do not provide OBC-NCL Category certificate at the time of admission you be considered as general category Candidate. The declaration form is in NEET UG 2022 Information brochure attached in Annexure XB in page number 100 You need to take the print out of Annexure XB and fill the declaration form. Scan it and upload in the NEET application form. The last date to fill NEET UG 2022 application form by thr applicant is May 6, 2022 till 11:50 PM. The last date to pay the application fee for NEET UG 2022 is May 7, 2022 till 11:50 PM.
