My suggestion to you for your best available options is to go for an old NIT instead of risking on for new IIT's because the new IIT's lack infrastructure, professors. So, best option is to go for a recognized NIT and take your best available branch as per your interest, even if you are not getting it, you can change it next year by lateral shifting bit choose college wisely. Also, if you are interested in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, you can go for IIST admission using your JEE Advanced score or you may opt in research in IISER. It totally depends on your interests. Good luck :)
