Hi, 

140 is a less score for govt college. You might cross the minimum cut off but for govt college your score high. This year we are already expecting a rise in the cut off for all categories. So for now I will suggest you to keep your studies in focus and prepare well for next year. Try to secure 500+ score. That's a safer score. Don't lose heart. Keep calm.

Based upon your marks and considering your category i would say you have chances of getting a seat in government medical college.In past year various candidate of your category have got seat in the marks range of 130-150.In and article in hindu a candidate who scored 1087 in class 12th and secured 149 in NEET got admission.I would you would also get a seat.
