It depends on you which subject you want to choose for masters. It is better to choose a subject of your interest rather than listening to other's advice. All the three subjects that you have mentioned have various scopes. These subjects will have you in civil services preparation, various others government jobs or you can choose to do PhD or become a teacher of any of these subjects.
