Having been allotted a seat under UP NEET Counsellong and since you have further accepted the seat, at the respective Private Dental College, I believe you will be refunded the Security Deposit and Caution fee when you pass out of the Institute after Completion of Degree. This must be mentioned in the Admission Rules and Regulations of your Institute. Do check and confirm with the Authorities.
