I have been allotted a seat in the first round, but I want to apply for the second round, what is the procedure?

Hi Aspirant

Since you have not specified any particular competitive examination or college or counseling I will write what generally happens in most of the counseling processes.

If you don not freeze the seat that you are allotted in a particular round, you will get a seat higher in your choice list in the subsequent rounds or you get the same seat.

Please note that this is on the basis of JOSAA counseling.
