I have been allowed a seat in Round 1 . However , I don't want to join at this time .What are my options for participating in the 2nd round

Greetings!

You have to confirm your admission to this seat first. If you wish to apply for another round of counselling because you would get a better college, there will be an option to do that. But, confirm this seat first.

Can I let go  off this seat and still participate in the second round . I am not ready to join now .
