Hope you are doing good.

If you are an registered candidate, and trying for a new registration it will show the above statement as results.

It is showing such message because you are registering using the new user registration option but you have to sign in as already registered candidate. And then try editing or completing your application.

You can use the login credentials that is Application number and password .

Other than this no other issue can give you this statement as a result. Try it out again.
