If you stick to the required specifications of a photo ID and category certificates are met, try reloading the page and attempt again. Sometimes due to a small specification error, the entire document files are rejected by the server such as not having a white background for your photo, or correct aspect ratio.

Try to refresh the server and upload after an hour or two.
