I have born in USA,staying in India, I am holding PIO card,what would be my catogary for admission in engineering, general or foreign studen

Hi Amit,

PIO/ OCI candidates will be considered as General (GEN) or GEN-PwD (persons with disabilities) and seat allotted to them are OPEN or OPEN-PwD.

You can easily participate in JOSAA/CSAB counseling. All the procedures will be similar to other students, but you should always carry your certificates and xerox copies to avoid any problems regarding verification.
