Dear Rutuja
Without any valid documents, you won't get the benefits of any reserved quota.
If you have mentioned your caste(for eg. OBC) at the time of filling the application form and unable produce the OBC certificate as per required performa mentioned NEET2019 brochure for admission to Central Educational Institute (CEIS) under the Government of India, then there might be some consequences and if it is found to be false at any time, then only the admission shall be cancelled and criminal proceedings may be initiated.
