there is no issue in applying for Dpharm in any institute if you do not have your caste related documents, the only impact on your merit will be that you wont get your assured reservation of your category you will be treated as a general category candidate, DO NOT apply for reservedcategory until you have all your documents else your application will be forfeited and you will be denied admission.
