I have Caste certificate of up and domicile of cg what to fill in state of eligibility in Neet 2020

You will select Chattisgarh as your State of eligibility because you select the State you hold the domicile of to claim State Quota. Caste certificate isn't a sufficient proof for claiming State quota in NEET. Your caste certificate is for you to claim benefits of your Category and it isn't quite a relevant document for claiming domicile or a proof that you belong to that particular State.
