I am very sorry to tell you that u are not able to write the GATE exam becasue the eleigiblity is u should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science (4 year program) with a minimum of 75 percentage marks/7.5 CPI with valid GATE/UGC/CSIR score required for financial assistance, except for graduates from IITs with a minimum CGPA of 8.0

Hello Reddy,
Yes , Sure. You are eligible for GATE. Minimum percentage required is 50% for appearing in GATE. Since, you have gained more than minimum eligibility percentage in engineering so you are definitely qualified for GATE.
