Hello student no you can't take admission on your new name you need to change it on all of your certificates mentioned below :-

1)aadhar card

2)10th certificate

3)12th certificate

4)name chnage certificate.

In case if you're unable to do it all then you must go with the name mentioned in all of the above certificates.
