I have cleared my JEE MAINS but got only 55.44% in my 12th PCM. How bad is that gonna affect me in my college selection and carrier?

Sorry aspirant, 

According to rule, if you are from general and obc category so you have to get 75percent in your 12th board exam and if you are from SC and st category so you have to get 65percent for qualifying In jee mains examination and you have below percentage according to rule .So you can not get any nit if you qualified and get good marks in jee mains.

Is there no chances of getting any government college with this board percentage? Doesn't they consider boards % as secondary remark of candidate?
