see even if you want to study abroad you must have to submit your past qualifications record, now it depends on the college or university norms and their eligibility criteria to admission in any particular course. you need to search in the particular college website to know about eligibility criteria.  however in india you are eligible to do bsc in psychology , since students from any background are eligible to apply for bsc psychology. you may also go for bca course if you have studied mathematics in 12th course.
