see you are not eligible to for admission in any courses or participate in josaa counselling if you have not meet the required criteria. for btech admission josaa eligibility criteria is ,

Candidates must have qualified Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of either Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject as optional subject.

since you have compartment in chemistry you are not eligible to apply. if you can clear the exam before the counselling date you are eligible to apply.
