Hey Durai Raj,

You need to pass in Paper 1,2, and 3 in BAMEC or AME to get AME license. The whole elgibilty criteria which is very huge, and minimum qualification to get Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license is given in the following website link. Please go through it.
