Hello aspirant,

Being an electronics student, you can do ME in Computer and Technology without any hesitation. You can apply to the college providing such course. However, in today world, due to increase in IT sector, even students from other groups in engineering are also choosing to work in IT sector. But it may be difficult as it is a totally different from computer applications.
