Yes, you are completely eligible for IAS Entrance Exam also known as UPSC CSE after passing your bachelors degree. The eligibility criteria for UPSC CSE mentions that candidates who have passed bachelors degree in any of the stream are eligible to apply for the entrance examination.

The Civil Services examination is held every year by the Union Public Service Commission for the recruitment of candidates for various government services such as Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Services (IPS), Indian Forest Services (IFS), and Central Services.

The selection criteria involves preliminary examinations, Mains examination followed by the Personal Interview.
