Hello,
First me left me clear one thing you mark in class 10  or any course don't determine or stop you to do what you like.
Now, yes there are few colleges who can set eligibility criteria on the basis of 10 th mark and also if you thinking for giving Entrance then there your marks can cause problem else if you want to take admission in any private you can choose any branch there, your 10th mark is not problem for you in private colleges.
Now. Both b.tech and BE are technology related courses where once can learn about technology the difference is BE related to only Fundamental education where as b.tech is a deep study of technology Fundamental and advance both.
So ot all depends on you and on your Passion.
Both are almost same and have same career opportunities.
All the best!!
