Hii Deva!

You need to choose Code ' 05 ' in your NEET application form in the column for your NEET qualification code. As you are in FYBSc and a 2 year dropper, you will choose this code. For more details you can refer the official NEET website- www.ntaneet.nic.in OR refer to the link below-
