The candidates who have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 2020 irrespective of their age will be able to appear for JEE Main examination 2020. Since you have completed your 12th in 2013,you will not meet the eligibility criteria.All the best for your future endeavors!!
Dear Aspirant,
There is a limit on the number of attemps you can give in joint engineering examination. You can give maximum 6 attempts two attempts each year in the year of your 12th passing and 2 years after that. Since you pass your 12th in 2013 you have only option for 2014 and 15.
You are not eligible for the examination.

As far as the age limit is concerned, there is no age limit for being eligible to answer the JEE-Mains 2020 entrance examination. However, you need to have completed 12th standard in 2018 or 2019 years to be eligible. For more details, please vist this page:
