There are various options available after class 12 with commerce stream,namely

1.Chartered Accountant
2.Company Secretariship
3.Graduation like B.com,BBA,BA,etc
4.Cost and Management Accountant
5.Cost and work accountant
6.NIFT/NID
7.Law,etc

It depends on your choice which field you want to choose as your career.
