MCA is a two year full time post graduation course. It gives specialization to BCA. People who want to build their career in the field of computers or Information Technology can opt for this.
Apart from MCA there are more certified courses that you can opt for like:-
1. Data Engineering
2. Digital Marketing Manager
3. Quantative Analysis
4. Data Science
5. Project Manager
6. Operation Manager

Now coming to your Question If you should select according to your interest.
If you don't know your interest well then I will suggest you to take up job for 1-2 years and know your interest and develope yourself in that particular field.
