You have done your btech in CS so you can further study MS in Computer Science Engineering or  MSc in Computational Sciences and Engineering.

Also you can choose diploma as one of the degree if not MS/Msc.

Note:

To apply for colleges in Canada/Abroad for MS in Computer Science, you will be required to give GRE or the GMAT. Additionally, you would also have to take the IELTS/TOEFL to demonstrate your proficiency in English language.

The next important thing is there are several universities in Canada and so you should shortlist 10-12 colleges in your checklist and research about their admission and eligibility criterias as it may vary in colleges.
