It does not matter if you are a dropper. You can sit for the exam if you fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

For B.tech courses, Candidates must have passed 10th and 12th exams with PCM subjects i.e Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.

For B.Pharmacy courses, Candidates should have passed 12th with atleast 45% marks and PCB subjects i.e. Physics Chemistry and Biology.

However, You need to be a resident of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh too.
